Job Description
The Waterville Valley Ice Arena has an immediate opening for full-time and part-time Arena Staff. The Arena is in a unique, resort town setting with a heavy emphasis placed on weekend tournaments and public skating. As a result, weekend and holiday availability is a must.
- Solid background in ice rink maintenance, resurfacing and refrigeration is preferred. Will train if needed.
- Arena caters to weekend tournaments and public skating October through March. April, May, June and September consists of dry floor events, maintenance and repairs. July and August focus is on tournaments, private rentals and public skating.
- Responsibilities will include ice resurfacing, skate sharpening, concessions, arena maintenance improvements and tournament operations. Candidates must be prepared to participate in all of the above.

- Small carpentry work

Administration
Candidates must provide 3 professional references and will be subject to a background check.
Communication
Consistent communication and accessibility to the office staff will be asked of candidates in order to satisfy all parties involved in our daily work.
